Maritime Reports Voting Results of Annual General Meeting
TORONTO, ON (October 20, 2020) – Maritime Resources Corp. (MAE-TSX Venture, “Maritime” or the “Company”) is pleasedto announce the voting results of its Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) held on October 20, 2020. Maritime shareholders voted by in excess of 96.8% for the re-election of Messrs. John Hayes, Garett Macdonald, Mark Ashcroft and Peter Mercer as the directors of Company. The shareholders also approved the Stock Option Plan by a vote of 98.7% and unanimously approved of the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP. to serve as the Auditors of the Company for the coming year. Shareholders holding an aggregate of 17.8% of the shares outstanding voted in person or by proxy at the Meeting.
